Coral Life ships livestock using overnight UPS to give corals and fish the best possible chance of arriving healthy and in good condition.

Livestock orders typically ship on Monday or Tuesday only, with intended delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday, weather and carrier conditions permitting. This schedule helps reduce the risk of delays, missed deliveries, and weekend holdovers.

We offer flat-rate overnight shipping on livestock orders. Orders over $400 qualify for free shipping with code 400SHIPFREE.

Local pickup is also available. Please contact us to arrange a convenient date and time.

At this time, Coral Life ships only within the lower 48 United States.

During periods of extreme heat or cold, we strongly recommend contacting UPS after receiving your tracking number and requesting that your package be held for pickup at a local UPS facility. This can help reduce exposure to extreme temperature swings during final delivery.

Coral Life may delay shipment when weather, carrier conditions, holidays, or livestock safety make shipping unsafe. If a shipping adjustment is needed, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for making sure someone is available to receive the package on the day of delivery and that the shipping address is correct before placing the order.
