Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of live animals and perishable aquarium products, livestock sales are generally final.
If there is a live arrival issue, customers must follow the posted Live Arrival / DOA Policy, including the required claim window and photo documentation.
For non-livestock items, please contact Coral Life within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once reviewed, eligible issues may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Returned non-livestock items must be unused and in original condition, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
